SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic shipping costs (US and Canada) differ based on the type and quantity of products you order. Your final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed for you at check-out before you submit your order.
International shipping rates are also calculated at check-out. These shipping rates are determined by the shipping destination, shipping method, and current shipping carrier pricing. Depending on the order destination, customers may also have to pay customs fees.
Average shipping time within the US is 3-6 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. This shipping estimate does not include the time it takes to make your product.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since all products are made to order, Heart Horse Threads does not accept returns or size and color exchanges.
If there is a carrier error or you order is delivered to an invalid address, we can reship the order.
If products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or ask for a refund within 30 days of product delivery. Photographic proof is required for replacements and refunds of damaged or defective items.
